We at Lyft-Store.com want you to be satisfied with your purchase and enjoy your experience with us. The products found on our store are high in-demand and have not been marked up by Lyft. We offer these products at the lowest costs possible. We understand issues happen and are happy to work with you in getting an issue resolved.
Damaged, missing or incorrect products
Should a product arrive in a damaged condition or was not found in the package you received, please contact us. Be sure to use the same email on your account and reference the order number (LYFT-####). Our customer service team will work with you on documenting the issue and getting a product replacement sent to you.
Please note, as we all face this pandemic that is CoVid-19 together, we will not be processing returns.
